We can imagine it's frustrating to be turned down, but it's really not just a matter of not being interested.
I know we're always flattered when someone asks something custom from us, but there's a whole series of reasons why something like this is not that simple.
Producing Poser stuff (at least clothes) is very time-consuming and very complex products, such as those we produce, need to "earn your month" and it's not always like that.
Creating something custom means taking time from your "standard" projects and possibly run into a series of unexpected issues. There's also the problem of copyrights, how are you going to market something, or will it be exclusive? That requires different kind of contracts and so on.
So, for large projects it isn't something that straightforward.
Stonemason buildings are great, personally we always use them as they are very high quality and match our own standards for complexity and textures. We have done a few little sceneries, but I'm not sure we'd have the patience for a very large one, although we keep thinking we'd like to.
Creating an environment is much more hassle-free than creating clothes, but, someone, it is also less creative and a bit more boring to do, from our viewpoint, at least.
It's probably just a matter o starting, earning some experience and then unleash your creativity into it... if only we had the time
Your project definitely sounds cool, I'll take some time to read the full story
It's one of those products that make you explore and be more creative than the usual, it's also a great exercise for us!
